Warranty Terms and Conditions

The normal warranty period for printer is twelve (12) months.
Warranty parts do not include consumables or travel costs.

Consumable parts include: Pump, Wiper, Damper, Capping Station, Printhead included flat cables

NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY

Azon is not responsible for:

• Parts, supplies or accessories not supplied by Azon
• Service not authorised by Azon
• Damage caused by failure to attend appropriate training
• Improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or any unauthorised dissembly, repair or modification
• Products for which Azon, has not received payment
• External factors such as environment, neglect, abuse, or electrical supply problems
• Loss of operating performance due to environment conditions such as humidity, dust, corrosive chemicals, deposition of oil or other foreign matter, spillage or other conditions beyond AZON's control

This warranty will be void if the machine has been moved outside the Territory of the authorised Azon Distributor who sold it, if the machine has been tampered with or modified without Azon's prior written approval, or is Azon's factory serial number has been altered or removed. This warranty does not apply to software. Azon's sole warranties for software are contained in the applicable License Agreement for Azon Software.

Start of warranty period:

The warranty period starts upon delivery of the machine.
